Mahatma: The Library of Perennial Philosophies

The Mystic Melodies play strong

As I walk into the memory lane

Memories that never happened to me

But to my mind and heart

As I learnt the Mahatma

In talks and tints of nearing independence

A vision, a life, a philosophy perennial for times to come, A leader who defined ‘satya’ and ‘ahimsa’ in the path of futuristic relevance, Mahatma Gandhi is an embodiment of progressive core ideologies of fundamental social constructions. The man of the masses is surreal with the basic interpretation, the intriguing philosophies require moral and spiritual references, higher order thinking, constructive socialistic bent of mind to contemplate and put to practice. Beyond the freedom struggle, social discriminations and other backdrop settings wherein the Mahatma build the philosophies of the man-kind, it is to be understood that the very fundamental aspects of human consciousness were worked upon towards stimulating the freedom struggle, henceforth its incorporation into present day education system is unduly appreciated, stressed upon and researched.

Gandhian Philosophy has always helped me stretch the boundaries of higher order thinking. Enthralled by the ecstasy of ‘Simple Living, High Thinking’, I was captivated by the people’s aura built around the Mahatma. He is a library of perennial philosophies. The ecstasy and exuberance of the freedom movement carved by Gandhi is a science of great mind that needs to be engrafted into the philanthropical accords of human excellence.
